On June 19, 2019, the Tribunal set a schedule for submitting responses to my Applications. Paula Butler’s and UBC’s response deadline was set for July 17; my reply to its response was set for July 31.
However, an extension was requested by UBC and granted by my counsel. The new agreed deadlines are August 9 for Butler and UBC, and August 30 for my reply.
